Flexible Payments & Deposit Policy for Premium Events
We understand that life can get busy and sometimes you just need a little more time.
That’s why The Shenanigans Club now offers Hold My Space, a flexible payment option for events priced over £40.
With this option, you’ll pay 50% upfront as a non-refundable deposit, and the remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the event date.
What You Need to Know:
1. Available for events priced over £40 only.
2. You pay half the event price upfront via our website, plus a £4 organiser fee (non-refundable).
3. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. You’ll receive a reminder with a payment link via The Shenanigans Club PayPal.
4. The final payment will include a small transaction fee (approx. 30p), which is added to your balance.
5. If the final payment is not made by the deadline, your booking will be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.
6. All payments are processed via our secure checkout on our website and The Shenanigans Club PayPal.
