Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies to all attendees. All individuals participating in our events are deemed to be aware of these terms and conditions.
Here, we outline the conditions under which refunds are available to our members and attendees. Our aim is to ensure transparency and satisfaction while maintaining a fair approach to refunds.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not available for changes of mind or non-attendance at events. Refunds will only be processed under specific conditions.
Event Cancellation by The Shenanigans Club:
If an event is cancelled by The Shenanigans Club due to unforeseen circumstances within the club, members/attendees who purchased tickets for that event will receive a full refund for the event fee.
Public Transportation Disruptions or Extreme Weather Conditions:
If public transportation services are significantly disrupted, or there are extreme weather conditions that prevent the safe execution of an event, affected members may be eligible for a refund or event credit.
Change of Mind:
Refunds will not be provided for a change of mind after purchasing tickets.
Missed Events:
Refunds are not issued for meet-ups and events that a member chooses not to attend.
Violation of Club Policies:
Members removed from the club for violating our code of conduct or other policies are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process Request Submission:
To request a refund, if you have not received one you are entitled to after reviewing our refund policy, members must submit a written request within 7 days of the event. Include your full name and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
Review and Response:
The Shenanigans Club will review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Members will be notified of the decision within 5 business days of receiving the request.
Refund Issuance:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the decision. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
