Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies to all attendees. By attending an event, all individuals are considered aware of and bound by these terms and conditions.

At The Shenanigans Club (TSC), we are committed to delivering high-quality experiences to all our members and attendees. Our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and protect both you and our organisers. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing an event ticket or digital product.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not available for change of mind or non-attendance. Refunds will only be processed under the specific conditions outlined below.

2. Event Cancellation by The Shenanigans Club

If an event is cancelled by The Shenanigans Club due to unforeseen internal circumstances, members/attendees who purchased tickets will receive a full refund for the event fee only.
Note: This does not include the organiser fee of £3.50, which is non-refundable.

3. Public Transport Disruptions or Extreme Weather

If public transportation is significantly disrupted or extreme weather makes it unsafe to proceed, we will issue a full refund (no credit) for the event fee. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and confirmed with official service updates.

4. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind after booking. When you secure a space at one of our events, your spot is reserved, and resources are allocated. Your commitment is valued and affects planning and execution.

5. Missed Events

Refunds will not be issued if you do not attend an event you’ve booked, regardless of the reason including personal circumstances, illness, or lateness.

6. Event Rescheduling

The Shenanigans Club reserves the right to reschedule an event due to low attendance, venue availability, or other unforeseen logistical issues.

If an event is rescheduled, all attendees will be notified as soon as possible via email.

Tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date.

If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you will be offered a credit valid for 60 days.

Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events unless the new date falls outside of a reasonable time frame (30+ days after the original date) or you meet one of the other refund conditions in this policy.

7. Venue or Location Changes

In the event of a venue or location change, we will provide notice between 7–14 days in advance via email.

  • The event date will remain the same only the venue may change due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Refunds will not be issued for location changes.
  • Instead, a credit will be offered if you are unable to attend due to the change.
  • All attendees will be notified via email within the 7–14 day notice period.

8. Digital Product Policy

All purchases of digital products (such as downloads, guides, journals, coupons, or affirmations) are non-refundable.

This is due to the nature of digital goods, which are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

9. Event Credit Issuance

In cases where a credit is issued instead of a refund:

  • Credits must be used within 60 days of issue.
  • After 60 days, they will expire and cannot be reactivated.
  • Credits are non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
  • They can be applied to future eligible TSC events.

10. Violation of Club Policies

Attendees who are removed from the club or banned due to breaching our code of conduct or terms are not entitled to a refund or event credit.

11. Refund Requests – Submission and Review

If you believe you’re entitled to a refund under these terms, you must:

  • Submit your request in writing within 7 days of the event date
  • Include your full name, event name, and a brief explanation
  • Use our contact form or live chat

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and responses will be issued by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.

This policy applies to all TSC attendees and digital product purchasers. By booking or purchasing, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms.
