What are the RSVP ticket fees for?

At The Shenanigans Club, we aim to always create meaningful and engaging experiences for all members. To help achieve this, here’s how our fees work:

Meet-up Fee (£3.50):
For all meet-ups (including online events), there is a small, non-refundable RSVP fee of £3.50 to secure your spot. This fee ensures fairness and helps cover the administrative effort behind organising these gatherings.

Event Charges (Variable):
Larger events such as brunches, dinners, trips, or concerts may have additional fees depending on the activity. All costs will be outlined in the event details.

Why do we have these fees?
Planning and hosting each meet-up requires significant time and effort to ensure a fun, welcoming experience for everyone involved. The fees support our goal of fostering a high-quality community where members value the space and the connections being built.

What happens after I book a ticket for an overseas trip?

After booking your ticket online, you'll receive details about the meeting point for your trip and other important information. Please check your email 48-24 hours before the event day for the meeting point at the airport. On the event day, your e-ticket will be scanned, and you'll receive a TSC wristband for identification and safety. This wristband must be returned to the host after the trip.

How does the ticket process work?

Once you secure your ticket, your place is reserved for the event. Upon arrival, show your e-ticket as proof of purchase to the host.

Can I bring a friend to an event?

Yes, you can bring a friend. However, your friend will also need to book a ticket in advance and fulfil any additional requirements for the event (if travelling with TSC). Failure to do so may prevent them from participating.

What should I do if I have an idea for an event?

We welcome your event ideas! Contact us through our contact page or share your suggestions with a club host at any event.

How does The Shenanigans Club ensure safety during events?

At The Shenanigans Club, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We choose secure venues, follow local health guidelines, and always provide clear safety instructions. For travel-related events, we make sure transportation and accommodation are reliable and well-organised. To give you extra peace of mind, we also provide private itineraries and travel safety bands, which we’ll either send to you in advance via email or hand out on the day.
