This Organiser Fee Policy explains how and why we include a small organiser fee in our event ticket prices.
1. What is the organiser fee?
The organiser fee is a small charge included in your ticket price to cover essential costs related to event planning, venue booking, supplies, and administration.
This fee helps us continue delivering high-quality, well-organised events where women can connect, have fun, and build genuine friendships.
2. How much is the organiser fee?
- 30th June 2025, the organiser fee is £3.50
- 1st July 2025, the organiser fee will be £4.00
This fee is always included and clearly displayed in the ticket price on every event page and booking platform.
3. When does the organiser fee apply?
The organiser fee applies to all bookings for events taking place on or after 1st July 2025. For bookings before this date, the previous fee of £3.50 applies.
4. Why do we charge an organiser fee?
The organiser fee allows us to maintain the quality and consistency of The Shenanigans Club’s events. No matter how big or small the event is, it’s all planned with considerable effort and dedication by our team including the founder to bring women together in a fun, welcoming environment.
5. Is the organiser fee refundable?
The organiser fee is non-refundable as it covers upfront costs associated with planning and venue reservations. For ticket cancellations or refunds, please refer to our full cancellation policy.

The organiser fee is included in the total ticket price and clearly visible at checkout. We ensure there are no hidden fees or additional charges, providing a smooth and trustworthy booking experience.
