Lap It Up Sunday is a fun, pressure-free fitness session where we’ll walk, jog, or run laps around the track together. With just 11 weeks until that real summer sunshine hits, we want to see you out there active, glowing, and proud of yourself.

Lap It Up Sunday is a fun and relaxed fitness meet-up. It’s designed for women who want to get moving, meet new people, and enjoy a casual workout with no pressure, no competition.
We meet at a local athletic track where you can walk, jog, or run at your own pace. Whether you’re aiming for 10,000 steps, a light jog, or just a good chat while moving, you’re welcome! It’s all about movement, connection, and feeling great!
How To Join:
1: Pay for your track session via the Better Gym website (£4.95).
2: RSVP free on our website.
Don’t forget to register first if you don’t have an account!
3: All done and we will see you there.

The Plan: 4 laps around the athletic track. Walk, jog, or run - it’s your pace, your race.
After: Head home feeling proud or join us inside the gym café for some post-lap bonding time.

Once you’ve RSVP’d and submitted your payment screenshot, you’ll be added to our exclusive WhatsApp group. This is where all key updates, reminders, and session check-ins will be shared so you’ll always be in the loop, whether you’ve joined one session or all of them!

This event is exclusively for women aged 30–45. We kindly ask all attendees to respect this age and gender requirement when registering. Our aim is to create a welcoming space where women at similar life stages can connect, share experiences, and build meaningful friendships.

Please arrive 10 minutes early. This helps us start on time and ensures everyone gets the most out of the session. Your punctuality means a lot and shows respect for everyone’s time and effort.

Q: I haven’t received the Lap It Up WhatsApp link, what should I do?
A: Let’s get you sorted, make sure you’ve followed all the steps:
✅ Paid via Better Gym
✅ Uploaded a clear screenshot showing:
– Your name
– Date & time of booking
– Athletic Track selected
You can upload this on the RSVP form or email it to us.
No receipt, no WhatsApp link.
This is part of our safety policy. We don’t allow walk-ins or anyone who hasn’t RSVP’d or paid, it’s about protecting the women who show up every time.
If you’ve done everything and still haven’t received the link, reach out to us ASAP here.
Q: I would like to drive down, is there parking?
A: Yes! Parking is available at the gym:
- £1.20/hr (standard)
- £0.80/hr for Better Gym members
- Free with a valid disabled badge
Q: What if I don’t know anyone?
A: You won’t be the only one! TSC events are all about making new friends. Everyone’s there to connect, and step out of their comfort zones.
Q: Do I need to be super fit to join?
A: Nope! This isn’t about speed... it’s about showing up, moving your body, connecting with others, and having fun. Go at your own pace and enjoy the experience.
